Through GRF Assembly Innovation, we're designing and validating 12 construction assembly configurations across 6 building types and 2 performance tiers — built to withstand 180 mph winds and hit a HERS −35 energy performance target. Single Family is finalized today; every other type is still in active research and design, expected to be finalized within about a year.
Each building type comes in two tiers: Enhanced, which exceeds Florida Building Code by 30% and is optimized for workforce housing feasibility, and Integrated, which is net-zero ready with renewable energy integration built in.
